Hemogram & Thyroid Test

Just last Friday, on the 12th of February, I underwent my hemogram and to find that my ferritin level have increased from 34 to 55 ng/dl. That is some improvement there, I need to raise my ferritin to at least 100 ng/dl for optimal thyroid health.  In addition to my hemogram, I had a thyroid test taken to check for my thyroid levels.

Thyroxine (T4)- 8.8 ig/dl, T3-Uptake- 29.5%, Free Thyroxine Index- 2.6ng/dl, TSH 3rd Generation Ultra 1.39 ulU/mL, T3, Total 82 ng/dl, T4, Free 1.16 ng/dl.  So far the tests says that they are normal, I don't know, but I think my levels can be better.  That's all, more updates to follow.
